Insights from user progress
As users progress through activities they generate statements on Coracle's Learning Line. Moderator dashboards give quick at-a-glance overviews of progress with 'boardroom ready' reports downloadable at any time.
Individual Learning Plan (ILP): Because goal setting is important
Creating targets for an individual starts by recognising who the individual is 'competing' against - from a learning point of view the answer is themselves. Providing a framework for an individual to design targets that are aimed to boost confidence leads to better outcomes.
Central to motivation for adult learners is recognition. This is achieved with customisable badges that are assigned when certain landmarks are reached for an activity. There is plenty of evidence supporting the idea that an earn-as-you-learn approach (also known as gamification) works.
Osprey-VLE has a built-in messaging system. Messages are stored in context and delivered by email (unless the user opts-out of email).
There is also an option for creating groups. Groups allow you to offer learning packages to your staff, to your customers, to your supply chain and to your potential customers, all via your branded portal, but independently of one another.
Integrate with CRM
Many of our clients have spent time and budget developing and customising CRM. We don't want to replicate work done, instead we help integrate. At Coracle we use salesforce.com and have built a range of flows, workflows and processes which you can benefit from. We also work with mainstream solutions such as SAP, Oracle and SharePoint.
